( Overview )
Most calorie apps are built for one body and one diet. Kelri is built for South Asians managing PCOS, diabetes and thyroid conditions, and every decision in it starts from that.
Kelri is pre-launch. The product thinking, the design and the decisions are mine: an eleven-screen onboarding that already runs as a working prototype, a design system, a data model, an in-house nutrition engine and an AI coach, and a build plan that runs from day zero to launch.
I picked the health goals from South Asian health data, so PCOS and diabetes get their own place and generic wellness goals do not.

Its own food database
Built from scratch for the foods South Asians actually eat, not a copy of a Western one.
A nutrition engine
Works out the calories in meals you build yourself, and in meals found outside its own database.
An AI coach
Guidance that follows your goal and your day, not a generic tip.
Plans from your goals
A personal plan shaped around the goal you pick, such as managing PCOS or blood sugar.
No usage numbers yet, because Kelri has not launched. What exists is a clear product thesis, a working onboarding prototype and the designs shown above.
This is one of my own products, built and run in Pakistan. My international work at Logicose is on the International page →
